WorldCon Tech Services LLC maintains authorized reseller/sales-agent relationships with participating providers, including Optimum, Spectrum Business, Frontier, Brightspeed, EarthLink and Kinetic. The exact services available depend on the provider, market, address and customer eligibility. Spectrum Business options are intended for eligible business customers.

New-Service Orders: Our role is to assist with new-service sales and availability checks. Existing-account billing, technical support, outages, cancellations and repair requests should be handled directly by the customer’s service provider.
